This artificial intelligence (AI) powered platform has just secured a staggering 5.4 million Euros (£4.8 million) from several big names including Nextlaw Ventures, Notion Capital, and Business Angels. The company behind the platform, which shares the same name, says the investment will help businesses find talent and expertise within their organisation.

The ProFinda AI powered platform keeps a map of all employees skills, expertise, and knowledge across the organization. Then machine learning sets to work matching those that need help with those that are capable of assisting. The AI platform’s been in place since 2011 and already has some big clients under its belt including Tech London Advocates, Thomson Reuters Elite, CloserStill Media, LACE partners, Workforce of the Future Network, and construction firm Multiplex.
