Havas US announced that Havas Cognitive, a company’s practice that is mainly involved in providing data-driven and AI solutions for both current and potential customers, was currently undergoing the expansion of its partnership base.
This endeavor aims at offering more comprehensive brand experiences in all customer-oriented platforms.
In fact, the expansion will enable Havas Cognitive to direct its efforts more around the entire customer experience and empowering more brands to build new AI platforms, innovative campaigns and software applications capable of boosting marketing efforts.
Aside from this technology, the group also provides AI services from other companies such as Google and Microsoft, as well as other leading players and disruptive startups like Reply.ai. and Layer.
By integrating these cognitive technologies with the marketing expertise, technology, progressive experience and design of Havas US, allows Havas Cognitive to provide innovative capabilities in the advertising industry that are meant for supporting modern brands and CMOs today.
Marc Maleh, the global director of the Havas Cognitive, claimed that working together with multiple companies would lead to the provision of better AI-driven experiences to additional brands.
He acknowledged the company’s intelligent systems for their help in building and designing tailored experiences at the required size. Marc also asserted that Havas Cognitive was in the business of modeling the customer journey for all its clients.
As a true partner to modern brands and CMOs, the company must ponder on all prevailing contracts and relationships considering that its prospective and current customers have already collaborated with tech platforms offered by companies such as IBM and Microsoft.
Havas Cognitive has collaborated with NYC Media Lab, which is an organization that brings together technology and digital media companies with universities in New York City.
This move is meant to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and talent development. Aside from linking up with future leaders, thinkers, and innovators, Havas will now gain better access to innovative technologies and extensive research at local universities.
By joining forces with NYC Media Lab, Havas US becomes the organization’s 19th corporate member. It joins the ranks of other leading technology, media and telecom companies like ESPN, Bloomberg, and NewsCorp just to mention a few.
Most of these NYC Media Lab member entities partake in prototyping projects through the help of university students and faculty.
NYC Media Lab and its syndicate of universities like New York University, City University of New York and Columbia University will work closely with Havas Cognitive. Jason Jercinovic is behind the steering of the practice in the capacity of the global head of innovation.
